MP3 Watch to go
September 30th 2006 23:06
It is funny how other people manage to squeeze in Bluetooth-functionality into their timepieces, but Thanko failed to do otherwise with the FMP3 Watch. Available in 512MB and 1GB models, you will still have to stick in a pair of wired headphones in order to enjoy your digital collection of Backstreet Boys (yes, we now know your dirty little secret).
The FMP3 Watch is up for sale at prices ranging from 113 Euros to 148 Euros. The inclusion of an FM radio is a good thing as you get to keep up with the latest news and weather reports on the go. At least there are no batteries to purchase as the FMP3 Watch is recharged via USB.
Do you think Thanko should have included a Bluetooth connection to this watch, or will any of you mind sporting a pair of wired headphones attached to your wrist? Imagine the looks you get from other people on the bus - they most probably think you're a watch doctor or something, listening to the watch's heartbeat with a pair of iPod-white stethoscopes.
